Filed Under: Perfect products for your pond (except the turtle traps).
Overview: Variety of original and innovative products, including floating docks, aerators, turtle traps, fish feeders, and micro-pontoon boats, designed to maximize your swimming, boating, and fishing fun. Hey let that turtle go
Appreciate: How Pond King has a product to improve most every purpose for the typical private lake. The largest among these are their floating docks, available in a range of sizes to suit your need, whether it's for a simple, traditional T dock, or a more substantial awning-covered party deck. From your Pond King dock, you can hop in your Pond King pontoon boat. These are more like pontoon pods, made for reaching fish (and rescuing turtles) in the smallest bodies of water. Make sure you have a look at their new Rebel: it's likely the tiniest pontoon boat you'll ever see, but impressive nonetheless. You can use it to tow your Fat Bass Floater out to the middle of the lake; the Fat Bass is Pond King's floating fish feeder, made of powder coated aluminum, so it won't rust. And when your day on the lake is done, you can retire lakeside to cook up some fajitas on our favorite, the PK Fajita Cooker, which is good for cooking fajita meat (beef or chicken; no turtle), or can be used as a stir-fry
Know: Shown above is Pond King's new 12' Octagon swim deck, with composite deck boards and an all-aluminum frame. Between their floating docks, pontoons, and this new deck, it's clear that Pond King makes great lake products that float. But don't overlook their products that sink. Specifically: Pond King's patented Honey Hole Tree and Honey Hole Shrub are artificial fish habitats that mimic the shape and density of underwater trees and shrubs. They also provide surfaces for plankton, which attract smaller baitfish (which attract the big fish). Made using smooth yet tough polyethylene limbs, the Honey Holes will deflect your lure and line (unlike a sunken Christmas tree), never decay (also unlike a sunken Christmas tree), and can even be suspended rather than sunk to the bottom for perfect placement. Christmas trees make better kindling, anyway
Special Comments: Pond King also provides lake management services, such as fish stocking, lake surveys, and vegetation treatment. In fact, that's how their business started, in 1995, and it's still at the core of what they do. Combine all of Pond King's products and services together, and you can stock your lake with baby bass from Pond King's fish farm, fatten them up with Pond King's fish feeders, and then catch them from your Pond King pontoon. That's called cradle to grave, folks, or in the fish world, fingerling to filet
Cost: Floating Docks range from around $3k to $18k; the Rebel Pontoon is $1,295; The Fat Bass Floater is $899; The PK Fajita Cooker, $275; and Honey Hole Trees and Shrubs run from $115 for an individual shrub to over $1k for multiple sets
